SmarTrack S5 D-ID Installed price £499 (subscription pricing below)
The SmarTrack S5 has been tested to Thatcham standard. The device operates using GPS/GLONASS, GPRS and GSM technology. Having an in-built battery back-up, the device has the ability to remain operational even when the vehicle’s power supply is removed. The device monitors the battery voltage level and detects if the Driver Identification system has been activated using the mobile app on your mobile phone device.
If you wish to use a seperate ID card as oppose to the mobile phone app, you can purchase blueooth D-ID cards seperately from Global Telemetrics.
The system will disarm when any authorised mobile device is within the vehicle and the D-ID app is active. If the authorised device is not present in the vehicle when it is moved, our intelligent technology will recognise which active mode is set on the D-ID app to determine how you are contacted in order to ensure the security of the vehicle.

Just had a tracker fitted to my Model X. We met up at the Hopwood Supercharger with David arriving right on time. He also upgraded the internal courtesy LEDs at the same time, and I was back out on the road after 1 1/2 hours.
David was really friendly and has done a great job. As a new Tesla owner, he was also happy to answer all my car questions and gave me some useful info on charging tariffs etc. Would recommend and would definitely use again.
