Front & Rear Dashcam + Ghost 2 Immobiliser Fitted to a Jaguar e-Pace in Doncaster

Recently we fitted a GNET G-On 2K front and rear dashcam system plus a Ghost 2 immobiliser to a 2022 Jaguar e-Pace for a customer in Doncaster. The owner had two incidents in the past year: a minor rear-end collision with no witnesses and a failed keyless theft attempt caught on a neighbour’s CCTV. He wanted hard evidence and a proper anti-theft layer, nothing more.
We supplied and installed the kit below. Total time: 2 hours 40 minutes. No wires on show, no drilling, no impact on warranty.
What Was Fitted
GNET G-On 2K Dual Dashcam
Front camera: 2K QHD, 30 fps
Rear camera: Full HD, same sensor, hard-wired through the boot lid
Parking mode: impact + motion trigger, 10-second pre-buffer, low-power cut-off at 12.0 V
AI impact zoning: Notification if the car was hit
Wi-Fi app: live in-car view, instant clip download, no SD card removal needed
Hardwire kit fused into the fusebox behind the glovebox
Ghost 2 Immobiliser (Autowatch)
The market leading CAN-bus integration, no key-clone or relay attack bypass
Driver PIN entered via existing buttons (steering wheel, centre console, or door pad)
Service/valet mode via app or second PIN
Optional Bluetooth fob available if preferred
No physical key, no tell-tale LED

Installation Notes – Jaguar e-Pace Specific
Front camera tucked high behind the rear-view mirror, discrete.
Rear camera mounted inside the top of the tailgate glass; cable run down the driver-side D-pillar following existing factory looms.
Hardwire kit tapped into ignition-switched fuse and constant live feed.
Ghost 2 module secured behind the lower dash, under the seat, in the boot, (hey, did you really think we would tell you 🫢). On most vehicles including the ePace we have lots of locations that even Autowatch authorised fellow security cleared installers would struggle to find. We are meticulous in installs and the quality of securing wiring looms back to factory finish, effecitvely making the Ghost invisible. Be warned, if you choose to pay someone else a cheaper price.
All trim clips re-secured, no rattles, knocks, everything replaced perfectly, you wouldnt have known we were even there.
