Traditionally, routing the rear camera cable involves navigating through the rubber grommet that connects the vehicle body to the tailgate. This often requires removing trim panels, specialised tools, and, in some cases, even the rear spoiler—particularly in vehicles like Volkswagen, Audi Group (VAG), Range Rover, Jaguar, and Land Rover. This process can take anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour and risks damaging delicate components like the grommet, which could lead to water ingress.

Magnetic Design for Easy Installation: The mount securely attaches to your vehicle’s headliner trim, allowing you to slot it in place and route cables neatly along the trim for a polished, wire-free appearance.
Professionally 3D Printed: Crafted in-house using durable, heat-resistant ABS/ASA plastic (similar to LEGO!), this mount is built to withstand high temperatures near vehicle glass on hot days.
Vehicle Compatibility: Available in four variants—Bare Magnetic Mount (with sticky pad) or integrated Magnetic mount on the DC01, DC02, and DC03—to suit a wide range of vehicles. The mount is ideal for most hatchbacks and saloons but not designed for near-vertical rear glass (contact us if unsure).
No Special Tools Required: Unlike traditional installations that may require removing tailgate trim, grommets, or spoilers, our mount simplifies the process, saving time and reducing the risk of damage.

To ensure compatibility, simply measure the depth of your vehicle’s headliner trim (as per the photo) and compare it to the mount sizes provided. If your vehicle’s headliner trim is flexible and can be slightly pulled down, the mount will work perfectly.
