Some vehicles have difficult to remove parts that are easily broken on Volkswagen Audi Group ( VAG that also include Bentley, Cupra, Jetta, Lamborghini, Porsche, SEAT, and Škoda) some also have bonded rear glass so there no neat route to run a cable and hide it.
Instead of trying to route your rear cables through the tailgate grommet, use this unique camera mount by simply slotting it onto your trim headliner and then securing your camera to this mount.
Install rear cam on Jaguar/Landrover vehicle? These tailgates require removing trims and 4 bolts to gain access to the rubber grommet channel under the spoiler adding around 45 minutes to install. On VW, Audi, Seat there is a special way to remove the grommet and people end up breaking this if they dont know how to remove correctly. Water in your boot when it rains!

Make sure that your headliner trim is flexible. Check this by following the install photos on this page. If you can pull down the headliner trim slightly, the bracket will work great. All you need to do is measure the depth of your headliner trim.

I've had dashcams for years and broken the clip of the rubber gaiters on the car hatchback nearly everytime I've installed the cables. Even professional installers Ive used have broken the clips. This means water gets let in and makes it down to the boot floor when it rains. This device solves the problem 100%. Dead easy to fit too. Professional installers should use it.
Item arrived quickly and well packed, I used the measurements shown on website and after checking car roof liner picked the DC03 as most suitable. It fit well on my Fiesta ST180, just need to get cam fitted now.
This is the DC03 mount I have purchased, so I thought I would uploaded a review & pictures of the mount my husband has just fitted in my 2016 vitara.. These are just perfect 👌 I found when the nextbase rear camera was mounted on the rear screen, it kept moving when ever the tailgate was closed.. this is a great solution 😃
I took a punt at this camera mount as it wasn't listed for a Suzuki Vitara but the measurements looked pretty close.. so once I fitted it I was so pleased when it fitted 100% 😀😀 I am now going to order another for my wifes vitara now... These are a top quality mounting at great price... Thank you 😊
The DC02 is a perfect fit for my 2022 Range Rover Velar. I will probably move it a few centimetres to one side to avoid the high level brake light obstructing the view. Dashcams.co.uk were extremely helpful and delivery was quick.
This mount is perfect for what I need. Partnered up with a Garmin Mini 2, it shows the whole rear screen and sits in the wiper view so will always be able to have a good view of the rear.
